- Florida Priority: Orders ship from Florida. Florida in-state typically sees next business day arrival (when using UPS Ground).
- Carrier: We ship exclusively via UPS. No local pickup is available.
- Holidays/Weekends: We are closed and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
- Large Orders ($500+): You must contact us to confirm same-day availability; otherwise, it ships the next business day.
- Tracking: Sent immediately at label creation. UPS picks up in the evening.

If your file is not print-ready, your order will be delayed. Verify these 6 rules:
- ✔ PNG format with a transparent background recommended.
- ✔ 300 DPI resolution at the final physical print size.
- ✔ Not mirrored — upload standard readable orientation.
- ✔ No background boxes — white pixels will print as white ink.
- ✔ Bold details — avoid hairline strokes and microscopic text.
- ✔ Spelling checked — we do not proofread artwork.

What’s the cutoff time and time zone?
Our same-day cutoff is strictly 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
Does same-day shipping mean delivery today?
No. It means your order leaves our facility and is handed to UPS today. Delivery time depends entirely on the UPS shipping speed you select at checkout.
Do you offer pickup?
No, we operate a closed production facility to maximize printing speed. We are strictly shipping-only via UPS.
When do I get tracking?
An automated tracking email is sent the exact moment our team prints your shipping label on the floor.
Why hasn’t tracking updated?
UPS picks up packages in the evening and scans them overnight at regional hubs. Please wait 24 hours for tracking to show active transit.
What about orders over $500?
Large volume orders take significant press time. You must contact us to confirm if same-day processing is available for orders over $500. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
Can you fix my file?
To keep our operations blazing fast, we do not offer background removal or upscaling services. We rely on you to upload completely print-ready artwork.
