DTF orders ship same day if submitted by 12 noon — no extra charge.
Orders placed before noon EST are processed immediately.
No rush fees. Fast dispatch is our standard operating procedure.
Best practice: submit clean, 300 DPI files at final size to avoid holds.
Overview
At DTF MIA, we know decorators move fast. Our entire production facility is optimized for speed without sacrificing quality. If you submit a print-ready order by our daily cutoff, our commitment is to print, pack, and hand it to the carrier that very same day. We don't believe in charging you extra "rush fees" for what should be the industry standard.
Cutoff Rules
- The hard cutoff time is 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Orders submitted at 12:01 PM EST will be scheduled for the following business day.
- Same-day shipping applies to business days only (Monday through Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
What Qualifies
To bypass manual review and jump straight to the front of the print queue, your order must meet these requirements:
- ✔ Files are 100% print-ready (PNG or Vector format).
- ✔ Artwork is built at 300 DPI at the final physical print size.
- ✔ Backgrounds are completely transparent.
- ✔ Payment is fully captured and cleared at checkout.
What Can Delay Your Order
We want to ship your order immediately. However, we will pause production and reach out to you if we catch an issue that would result in a bad print. Delays happen when:
- Artwork is highly pixelated or low-resolution and needs replacement.
- Files are uploaded with a solid background (e.g., a white or black box behind the design) instead of transparency.
- Extremely large or complex gang sheets require manual intervention.
- Payment is flagged for fraud review or is pending.
Shipping & Tracking Clarification
"Shipping Same Day" means dispatch, not delivery. It means your order leaves our facility and is handed to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) on the same day you order it.
Tracking numbers are generated automatically when we print your shipping label. Please note that tracking links may not show active movement until the carrier scans the packages at their sorting hub later in the evening.

Does same-day shipping mean delivery today?
No. Same-day shipping means your package leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier today. Delivery time depends entirely on the shipping speed you select at checkout and your location.
What time zone is the 12 noon cutoff?
Our 12:00 PM cutoff is strictly based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
What if I place an order after 12 noon?
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be securely queued and shipped out the very next business day.
Do you offer pickup?
No. To maintain our incredibly fast turnaround times, DTF MIA operates as a closed production facility and is strictly shipping-only.
What files qualify as print-ready?
Print-ready files are 300 DPI resolution, built at the exact size you want them printed, and feature a 100% transparent background. PNG and Vector files are best.
Do I mirror my art?
No! Please upload your artwork in normal orientation. Our automated RIP software handles all the mirroring for you.
What if my file is low-resolution?
If our system or team catches a file that will result in a terrible print, we will pause your order and email you requesting a better file. This will delay your order past the same-day guarantee.
How do I track my package?
A tracking link is automatically emailed to you the moment your shipping label is generated. You can also view updates by logging into your store account.
What if the carrier is delayed?
We guarantee our dispatch times, but once the package is in the hands of UPS, USPS, or FedEx, transit speeds are subject to their networks. Weather and operational carrier delays are out of our control.
