Cutoff & Processing
Our daily processing cutoff is 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed before this time, containing fully print-ready files, are typically processed and shipped out the exact same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will automatically roll over to the following business day.
Print-Ready Means:
- Exact Size: The digital canvas matches your intended physical print dimensions.
- 300 DPI: High resolution to ensure crisp edges without pixelation.
- Transparent PNG: No unwanted background boxes or feathering.

Florida Priority
Fastest handling available. When eligible, print-ready orders placed before our daily cutoff are pushed to the front of the queue, printed, and handed to carriers the same day.
Standard Processing
Applies to orders placed after the cutoff, orders placed over the weekend/holidays, or files that require basic review. Typically processes the next available business day.
Large Volume & Complex Orders
Massive gang sheets, extremely high-quantity runs, or files containing problematic artwork may require extra handling time to ensure quality. We will notify you if your order requires an extended turnaround.
Shipping Times
Turnaround (Processing) is not the same as Shipping (Transit). Our same-day guarantee refers to how fast we print and hand off your package to the carrier.
- Transit Expectations: Carrier transit times vary significantly based on your shipping destination and the service speed selected at checkout (e.g., Overnight vs. Ground).
- No Carrier Promises: Once the package leaves our facility, transit speed is entirely in the hands of the carrier.
- Outside Factors: Severe weather, national holidays, and carrier hub overloads can affect delivery times.
Tracking
- When it’s sent: You will receive an automated tracking email the moment your shipping label is generated on our floor.
- Update delays: Tracking links often will not show active movement until the carrier scans the package at their sorting hub later in the evening.
- Marked as delivered: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, please double-check your shipping address, check with neighbors, and contact your local carrier office directly.
What Can Delay Your Order
We want to ship your transfers instantly. However, the following factors will pull your order out of the same-day queue:
- Non print-ready files (requires manual review).
- Low-resolution artwork or wrong canvas sizes.
- Unwanted background boxes that must be addressed.
- Requesting order changes (size, quantity, art) after submission.
- High volume periods (Cyber Monday, major sales).
- Carrier network delays or weather disruptions.
- Payment flagged for fraud or pending clearance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does same-day shipping mean delivery today?
No. It means your order is printed, packed, and handed to the shipping carrier today. Your actual delivery date depends on the transit speed you selected at checkout.
What time zone is the 12 noon cutoff?
Our facility operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST). All cutoff times strictly reflect EST.
What happens if I order after the cutoff?
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be queued for processing on the very next business day.
Do you offer pickup?
No. To maintain our incredibly fast turnaround capabilities, we operate a closed production facility and are strictly shipping-only.
When will I receive tracking?
An automated email with your tracking number is sent the exact moment our shipping team generates your label.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Carriers (UPS/USPS) often do not scan packages until they reach a regional sorting facility late in the evening. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking link to show active transit.
What can cause delays?
The most common delays are bad artwork (low resolution, background boxes, wrong sizes) requiring manual intervention, or external carrier delays due to weather.
What if tracking says delivered but I don’t have it?
Verify your shipping address on the order, check around your property or with neighbors, and contact the local carrier office directly. Sometimes carriers mark items "delivered" a day early by mistake.
