Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) that are perfectly print-ready and eligible will ship the exact same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next available business day. We are closed on holidays.
Print-ready means:
- Transparent PNG: Highly recommended.
- Correct Size: Built to exact physical print dimensions.
- No Backgrounds: Free of unwanted white/black boxes.
- High Quality: 300 DPI recommended.
Florida Priority
Our facility ships from Florida for Florida Priority DTF heat transfers.
Because we are local, Florida in-state customers typically see next business day arrival when shipping via UPS Ground, provided the order is placed before the noon cutoff. *(Please note: this is a typical timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date).*

We exclusively use UPS to ensure fast, reliable delivery. You can select your desired shipping speed during checkout.

Typically arrives the next business day after ship-out when utilizing UPS Ground.
U.S. Delivery
Delivery date depends entirely on the UPS service selected at checkout (Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day).

Tracking
- Label Creation: Tracking is emailed automatically the moment your shipping label is created on our floor.
- Evening Scans: UPS pickups occur in the evening. It is normal for tracking to not show movement immediately. If it hasn't updated, please wait 24 hours.
Large Orders ($500+)
High-volume orders require significant print time and quality control.
- For orders over $500, you must contact us to confirm same-day availability.
- If same-day processing isn't available due to the size of the run, your order will automatically ship the next business day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does same-day shipping mean delivery today?
No. It means your order is processed, printed, and handed to UPS today. The delivery date depends on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
What time zone is the cutoff?
Our 12:00 PM (noon) cutoff is strictly based on Eastern Time (ET).
What days do you ship?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
Do you offer pickup?
No. DTF MIA is shipping-only via UPS to ensure our production floor remains fast and uninterrupted.
When will I receive tracking?
You will receive an automated tracking email the exact moment we generate your shipping label on the production floor.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
UPS picks up packages in the evening and scans them at regional hubs overnight. If you just received tracking, please wait 24 hours for the carrier to update the transit status.
What happens if I order after 12 noon ET?
Your order will jump into the queue for the very next business day.
What about orders over $500?
Orders over $500 require you to contact us to confirm same-day availability. If unavailable, they automatically ship the next business day.
Tracking says delivered but I don’t have it — what now?
Carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" early. Please wait 24 hours, check your surroundings/neighbors, and then contact UPS directly to locate the driver's drop point.
